"Bright beautiful hotel in a great location, near most of the attractions. Helpful friendly staff. Nice pool, bar and restaurant. Definitely the hotel I would pick when I return in the future."

"The staff was very rude to people over the phone while I was at the check-in desk. Even though it was a busy holiday weekend, it was just early morning when I arrived."

"room was nice . The sound proffing sucks you can hear everything in the lobby and in the rooms next to us and above us when they walked across the floor it sounded like horses walking. The room service is not good. It is suppose to be done every three days but all they did was replace the towels and take out one small bag or trash. No vacuming or changing the sheets they didnt even make the bed looks like they only came in as far as the bathroom got the old towel and trash and left. Poor housekeeping in my opion compared to other hotels i have stayed at. Breakfast was good plety of options and plenty of food."

"I requested a balcony room - and I got it. 2nd floor INSIDE the lobby, right above the bar and coffee shop of the hotel. And there was a convention being held in the lobby. People were yelling at each other from across the room at 5:30am on Saturday morning. The hotel did nothing. They have a “quiet period” from 10pm to 8am posted but obviously it’s not enforced. I was really looking forward to this stay in Savannah. The city did not disappoint but the hotel sure did. "

"Nice place to stay. The staff was excellent and out going, helpful, and always asked if there was anything you needed. Breakfast was amazing and the meet and greet on Monday through Wednesday was a fun time to get together with other travelers."

"Not fancy, but a hotel with local history and character. Perfect location in the historic district added to the visit. There are the usual upscale chain hotels and fancier boutique hotels elsewhere in Savannah but I wanted to stay at a place that I would remember as distinctive. The hotel restaurant is very good and the bar on site is excellent (especially the bartenders, who remain attentive despite the occasions surge of customers)."

"Stayed for four nights. Hotel was a great price for location and the downtown shuttle. Staff were friendly and answered all of my questions! Would definitely stay here again while visiting Savannah. "

"Had a great stay in Savannah at this hotel. Had a problem with the toilet but they fixed it right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of choices which was also nice. Pool on the roof had an awesome view! We used public parking right next door and it wasn't very expensive. It's a great location for walking to main downtown attractions, shops, and dining. I'd definitely stay here again."
