Hotel di Blackrock

"We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, there was a kettle and a mini fridge. Beds were comfortable. It was close for the things we needed. Walking distance to some restaurants. We always saw staff cleaning. The pool was great. Didn't realize I needed a swim cap but they have them available for sale at the pool desk. We didn't use the on-site bar or restaurant. The restaurant has a nice sun room that looked like a great place to enjoy some down time. We did have noise from the room next...

"Throughout our tour of Ireland, we stayed at several fantastic hotels, but The Maryborough was an absolute standout. The entire staff is wonderful, but a special shout-out must go to Kieran, who made our visit truly unforgettable. Right from day one, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and treated us like family. He shared brilliant local travel tips, plenty of thoughtful recommendations, and great humor that kept us smiling. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel features...

"Property has some a nice onsite restaurant. Dinner was good. Room was probably one of the larger hotel rooms we found in Ireland. Breakfast had a buffet and hot food option. It was okayish. Selection was fine just was probably the least tasty breakfast I had compared to other hotels we stayed at."

"We had high hopes for this hotel and were so excited for it. It is a beautiful place and we booked one night in the woodland sweet. Our phone was broken and in order to call the desk we had to use our cellphones and incur international charges. The food we ordered for breakfast was never delivered— and we had to call on our cellphone again for the lift back up to the main part of the resort. It’s coming to the end of the season for the woodland experience— and we were left feeling forgotten. ...

"We loved our room, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. Our only complaint was that most rooms face into the courtyard below which has a bar and restaurant. On the Saturday night, the boom-boom bass from the music below was quite loud and made it difficult to fall asleep. Great hotel but just keep that part in mind depending on what night you are staying there"

"Absolutely perfect!"

"There was a wedding the second night we stayed so it was really loud and the hotel management didn't seem to care about th disturbance. The hotel itself and the restaurant was lovely, we just happened to stay at the wrong time. I'd stay there again and hope for the best."

"bed comfortable and elevator to floors very helpful. parking is across the street but not included in room rate. location convenient to shopping and cork city, staff not unfriendly but also not particulary helpful either."

"Hotel is very conveniently located within the city of Cork. Clean, comfortable beds with great free parking and friendly staff. Hotel does not offer breakfast but I didn't want or need it. This is my favorite place to stay in Cork"
