Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Absolutely disgusting hotel reported to Blackpool council, loose floorboards, ceiling looked like was going to fall down, mould in bathrooms, blood on handrail on stairs, stained bedding, piles of black rubbish bags at the back Tvs did not work front door just had a hole where lock should have been so anyone could just walk in water pouring through ceiling in dining room and owners just said it was ok and closed the door witnessed people who had paid being told they were fully booked and no room for them DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
