"Stately old hotel in the heart of Pasadena. Could use some updating. Room temperature was difficult to control. Very limited storage space. Rooms are small. Some bathroom fixtures needed repair. But generally a pleasant hotel for short (2-4 days) stay."

"The hotel property is very run down. Our first room smelled like cigarettes upon entry. We asked for another room and this second room smelled a lot better but was still not great. The cleaning staff had left a used cleaning glove on the floor. The floors were also not very clean. Overall would not return. Property also charges $40 a night for parking onsite. Pros: Location is great and walkable to old town."

"I purchased a package at Westin with breakfast included for two. I like to start my day and not look for place to eat. We stayed at the hotel for 1 night and were eager to begin our day. When we came to the dining room we were informed that our breakast will cost us in the area of $60! We showed our reservation that we made through expedia and were informed that it is the hotel police and that we have to deal with the front desk, nothing we said made any difference. "This is a nice place to stay. It is not fancy. It is not a Hilton level property. But it is quiet, friendly and safe. Parking is free and nearby. Rooms are quiet. Housekeeping is tremendous--the only place I have been that has pre-pandemic level housekeeping services."

The room was once again dirty all over the place, the floors weren't covered in things this time, but every surface was still dirty and turned all our disinfection wipes brown. "The Patrician Hollywood exceeded our expectations. We chose it for a short stay to get to know downtown LA and Pasadena arts, culture and food. TJ is an engaging host, with a wealth of local knowledge and the sophistication of a world traveler. The house is a perfect example of 1920s LA style (it could be a movie set), decorated with an eye for the exotic and comfortable. The views of the LA basin from the garden are expansive. The local streets are quiet (and excellent for a morning run)."

And at the breakfast area in the morning there was a homeless guy throwing stuff at the pool..the front desk guy attended at night was not to kind 😔other than that is ok 👍"

"The room i booked was very large but exceptionally outdated. The sink was clogged and the room was dirty all over. When I checked in, I was told the hot tub was not working. Breakfast looked ok in the lobby but it was so busy I didn't bother. The staff was helpful-ish but didn't go above and beyond."

"Hotel Managers Kind people. I always feel safe here. Well lit, clean and safe. Great value, great location. Good parking. Just a slight request, it would be great if you would spray just a bit less of the air freshener. That being said, glad you are even adding air freshener. A lot of other hotels of this category don't. Appreciate all that you do to make this a nice hotel."
