"The hotel overall was beautiful and clean! The room was comfy and clean. My only suggestion would be to decrease the amount of air freshener in the lobby. It hits you in the face when you walk in and can be overwhelming. I have respiratory problems and the scent was so strong it was irritating my lungs. Overall, really loved this hotel. One more suggestion, the fitness center and some of the machines need a good cleaning. The floor needed to be swept and mopped and the treadmills were dirty."

"Clean comfortable room and friendly staff at the front desk and the valet and the bar. Nice view. Nice pool. Restaurant and bar prices are a rip off. $21.50 for a 16 oz beer in a plastic cup for the pool. Mandatory gratuity and then tax on the gratuity. Otherwise a very nice stay. Hooked me up with an early check in and a late check out. Valet is really well run. "

"Parking is small , people block you in afterhours, the outside has tons of dirty items like ugly trash on the surrounding, need throw old stuff away looks messy under stairways. The female staff needs social skills class very odd female at front desk seems extremely stressed OuT! Female rushed up my door ringing door bell demanding know how did I get this room ?? She was out of control told her Go AwAy , your scary. "

"The front desk and restaurant staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. My room showed signs of wear to the carpet, furniture and bathroom fixtures. The location was perfect for the event I was attending in downtown Pasadena! "

"Front desk was super friendly and helpful. Check in took no longer then 5 minutes. Plenty of parking. Room was really nice. Only problem was the room smelt like straight up cigarettes. Not even turning on the AC helped. We called the lobby we got another room. The next morning we tried heating up our breakfast and the microwave didn’t work. "
