"From the moment we entered the Hotel Indigo Torquay, we knew that our money was very-well spent. The staff, especially Isabelle at the front desk and Jackie in the breakfast room, were over-the-top in service and helpfulness. "Due to a wedding in the property, which we were not warned about (apparently Hotel can't contact Expedia customers), we got very little sleep. Some of the wedding guests decided to have their own party/social event between 2:30 AM - 5:30 AM meaning we got virtually no sleep. Rang reception to inform them of the noise at 3.45am. "Parking was easy and safe. Location of the property was perfect both for accessing Dartmoor and wildlife spotting (lots of unusual birds in the grounds). Staying at Two Bridges was a treat; it is a unique hotel and has an amazing history"

"Had a lovely night away. Room was clean and nice to have a fridge with fresh milk for coffee etc. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. Outside areas are great for relaxing and nice to have an outside pool. In a quiet area but within walking distance to the beach, train station and town. Great hosts. Would definitely recommend. "We only stayed for one night. But as soon as we arrived, owner has greated us. They were very friendly and have given all the information about the property. Look breakfast order and it was delicious. Room was on the ground floor. Very clean and lots of space for me and my daughter."

"Air conditioning in the room did not work Bit poor as we were in a mini heatwave. Could not use our room from 3pm as it was only just starting to be deep cleaned after having a dog in the room. On the evening we had to wait for two hours for food. Not told that when we ordered. The place was just short staffed and it showed. My partner was told by the manager that our meals would be compensated due to really poor service and presentation. That hasn't happened. The next morning was better....

"My room was very clean and it was easy to obtain supplies if needed. The housekeeping team was friendly and the quality of their work was excellent. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice although I would have preferred the option of fried or poached eggs and some hash browns. All the staff were helpful and friendly."
