"The bed was very comfortable and the room was recently remodeled. There was a long human hair left near the sink which was unsettling but the rest of the room was very clean. Access to rooms is up or down a flight of stairs, so those with accessibility issues could be impacted. Maybe there is an elevator?? Just staying before an early flight, so can't comment on breakfast or other amenities. The parking lot felt safe and was well-lighted."

"It was disappointing. The hot tub was not operational, and the fridge in my room had no temp control - froze everything. In short, don't advertise amenities you can't deliver on. Not to mention the exorbitant cost on bottled water and juice - $20 for 2 juices and 2 waters?? The only thing that was helpful was a decent spread at breakfast."

"This hotel was very unique. The lobby is huge and spacious. The hot breakfast was a plus. Very delicious and a great assortment of breakfast food. Fresh coffee, orange and apple juice as well as a cappuccino machine. Throughout the day they offer free coffee, a variety of teas, citrus water and regular water. The pool is large and indoor. "They were accommodating when it was busy. They did double book our room but upgraded us to two rooms to make up for it."

"The property was overpriced. We stayed here previously, and the property has significantly declined. Unfortunately the outdoor lighting was not working. We had issues with the key cards not working. The breakfast was disappointing. The lids on coffee cups did not fit right. The food items, coffee, and coffee cups were not restocked."
