"The bed was very comfortable and the room was recently remodeled. There was a long human hair left near the sink which was unsettling but the rest of the room was very clean. Access to rooms is up or down a flight of stairs, so those with accessibility issues could be impacted. Maybe there is an elevator?? Just staying before an early flight, so can't comment on breakfast or other amenities. The parking lot felt safe and was well-lighted."

"It was disappointing. The hot tub was not operational, and the fridge in my room had no temp control - froze everything. In short, don't advertise amenities you can't deliver on. Not to mention the exorbitant cost on bottled water and juice - $20 for 2 juices and 2 waters?? The only thing that was helpful was a decent spread at breakfast."

"Check in and check out or smooth and easy. We were assigned to a king but unexpectedly had a third guess for one night and they graciously offered a rollaway bed room was clean and comfortable. It had a nice mini fridge instead of a mini bar and a single serving coffee maker. I was comfortable although a bit on the firm side. Breakfast was good with hot dishes, fruit yogurt, cereal, toast, and bagel and pancake options. Coffee is good and available 24 hours. We enjoyed the hot tubs and found...

"To our surprise we were upgraded to a suite! The hotel is a true mountain themed lodge. The entire lodge was Spotless, great staff, loved the coffee bar and iced water offered all day. The Breakfast was nice a nice expierence."

"The property was overpriced. We stayed here previously, and the property has significantly declined. Unfortunately the outdoor lighting was not working. We had issues with the key cards not working. The breakfast was disappointing. The lids on coffee cups did not fit right. The food items, coffee, and coffee cups were not restocked."
