"Nice and relaxing "

"I already rated on Google but here is my review: What a great little spot! It's downtown, and next to a bunch of museums and stuff to do. We were easily able to get an Uber to a show we saw at Meow Wolf and then caught a bicycle taxi on the way back! It’s also right next to a historic building with beautiful architecture and history. "Our only complaint is they don’t have daily room cleaning , you have to request . For such a nice hotel it just doesn’t fit "

"This is our third stay at this property this year, and this room was by far the nicest room yet. We always get a king room on a high floor, and on occasion the furnishings in rooms have not been up to par for a Grand Hyatt. This room was impeccable, and our stay was more enjoyable as a result. The front desk staff were the same two ladies at check in and check out. They were both quite genial and professional. Valet was also pleasant."
