"Had a very nice stay here with our dogs. I was surprised by the size of room for the price. We had a 1 bedroom suite and the whole room had recently been remodeled with nice name brand amenities (e.g. Samsung, Cuisinart). Also the campus had lots of area for our dogs to walk around. The staff was also great. Photo’s on the listing accurately reflect the rooms. "The hotel was alien themed which added to the experience of being in Roswell. Original artwork. The room we stayed in had a smell of fresh paint but didn't take away from the room itself. The elevator and hallway were kinda dirty. The floors in the room were old as well. But everything else was good, the air conditioning worked well. Would stay again if visiting Roswell."

"Breakfast and parking great! Big issue with check out and check in. The front desk did not charge for incidentals during checkin, however, during checkout, the front desk charged the fee of $100.00. This charge was never discussed until check out! This after staying there for 7 days! Complete Negligence by this property?"

"Scammer hotel!!!!!!!!!! Worst experience ever! We booked this seven weeks in advance, and drove 11 hours, when we went to check-in, the lady simply told us that they canceled our reservation! I quickly looked on my Expedia app and found that they in fact did not cancel it, and that it was still showing availability to check in anytime starting at 2 PM.
