This is a great place to stay. The staff is wonderful and this was our second stay here they have a great breakfast and are super accommodating.

I really love the staff at this Fairfield Inn. They were more than accommodating and helpful in every way. We were very pleased with her stay. The breakfast was great.

Breakfast was good! Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean, quiet, reasonable amenities. Bonus was they frequently put out bottles of water and snacks in the lobby for guests, which we really appreciated. Only negative I noted was the room fridge cools on a timer, which could be very inconvenient if you stay for a long weekend. Otherwise, overall, really great!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has not had a single update in several years. There were 6 people in my party and at least 2 had to change rooms due to non functioning toilets. Another for no TV. The pool is closed forever it appears. All warmers at breakfast had broken hinges. Carpets had chunks missing. Bathrooms had mold. I believe this hotel is just living out its life and will need to close very soon.

Definitely recommend

This stay was our 2nd within 20years and would highly recommend to our family and friends. Both times had great service, room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was very helpful with a special request. The first stay was for recreation, this stay was for medical. Breakfast was good.

The pool wasn’t available, there was mold in the caulking in the tub, the fan cover in the bathroom was broken. The room overall was clean. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming.

The location is convenient. Other than that, things go downhill fast. There is a lot of deferred maintenance that is starting to show. Shower drains slowly, bathroom electrical plug didn't work, carpets were frayed and worn thin, outside landscaping neglected, and more. This is a poor reflection on the Fairfield brand. We're unlikely to stay here again.

Great staff

The front desk was wonderful! I called ahead and they had a roll away bed all set in the room for us when we arrived. We had to leave at 4:30 am in the morning and they had grab and go breakfast ready for us so our kids could grab a bite to eat.

LaVonne is great!

I don’t usually leave reviews but LaVonne deserves recognition! She was so attentive and helpful during the complimentary breakfasts both mornings we were there. LaVonne worked hard to make sure everything was refilled and clean! We appreciated her kindness. It can’t be easy serving large groups of sports teams but her excellent service is a reason to stay at this hotel!

The propert was alright. The one queen bed was saggng in the middle. Having to pay $26.00 for 2 bottes of water was mind blowng and ridiculous and nothing but a money grab! The location was perfect as we were flying out the bext day.

We stayed there because I had a pool and a hot tub when we arrived. We were told the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs. We were then given our room key and when we walked in the room, there was towels everywhere and the beds were not made and the room had not been cleaned yet Went back downstairs and he switched us to a different room, but it was not good customer service.
