The hotel was clean and staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Delores cleaned up the breakfast area and when we first got there she made sure we had plenty to eat and showed us the items available. She was kind and did an exceptional job.

Room was accommodating with a sitting area. Beds were comfy! Chairs in the breakfast area are very raggedy & need to be recovered or replaced. Breakfast was a good variety! Great attendant! Gal at the front desk could learn some customer service & tact! Felt like she was always patronizing & talking down to us! Example: Pointed over her shoulder “sign on the wall” when asked where the ice machine was! Always seemed annoyed. Would stay here again.

room was clean, staff were friendly, but the pool and kiddy pool were closed and i guess it was closed for about a week prior to me staying there. it was my sons 16th bday party. i think they should have called or emailed their guests with reservations and informed us of that.

Would have been 5 stars across the board, but 1 water slide was out of service. And the pool with the working water slide was not heated. Room very clean, beds very comfy. Staff super friendly and thoroughly explained room charges and deposits. Will be staying here again
