Disappointed to find out from reception that the building has no airconditioning when I went to complain. Our room had an electric fan. We booked this hotel seeing that air conditioning was an amenity because we have 2 small kids who are used to cold environments. Otherwise, room was fairly clean, decent size, bed comfortable. Shower drain did not work well too.

Only used the hotel for an overnight stay as we were flying early the next morning. Hotel was perfect for what we needed as well priced, close to the airport and was situated near a services

Ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità ed estrema vicinanza all'aeroporto. Naturalmente il centro di Londra è ad oltre 1 ora di viaggio e quindi la struttura va benissimo per la giornata di arrivo o ripartenza ma non per visitare la città.

Stopped here for a night before flying from Stanstead. Excellent price for a really nice and comfortable room. Reception staff when we checked in and checked out were helpful and friendly. Plenty of car parking

Easy access from the M11 and very convenient for London Stansted. I will definitely stay there again if booked on an early flight.

Great to be able to book and arrive at short notice, with a late check-in. The downside is that the hotel is not within airport grounds so there is no shuttle service that connects the airport with the hotel and you must get a cab at £28 a ride at night. Then again in the morning for £22.

Near the Stansted Airport. Bus stop to airport is 5 minutes walk from hotel. Make sure you explain the driver where you will go. Seem they need to be told . 2 pounds bus fee. Hotel clean and conveniently located

Hotel does not clean room everyday. You would have to request room to be cleaned , and will only be cleaned after 2 days (even with requested). Other than that , price point excellent and quieter then Ramada next door

Booked 2 rooms, one for my son and myself. the receptionist was unwelcoming and seemed disinterested. When we finally got our rooms, my son went into his and another person was sleeping in it, to must distress to them and my son. He was given another room, which wasn't cleaned, bed unmade etc. As it was 1:30 p.m. due to plane delay, he just wanted to sleep and did not complain, eventually he got a room, 40 minutes after arrival, where when sat on the toilet seat, it nearly fell off. We got up early and left. shocking.

Dirty shower bathroom. Stuck on dirt on shower tray. Clearly in need of replacement. Booked room for 4. Had to make the forth ded ourselves when we told reception just said the sheets ste on the shelf.

Estuvimos tres noches. El segundo día no nos limpiaron la habitación, reclamamos a una funcionaria y nos dijo que al salir al día siguiente avisaramos en recepción para hacernos el servicio a la habitación. Así lo hicimos y nos dijeron en ese momento, bastante de mal modo el joven que nos habló, que no lo iban a hacer, que había que avisar la noche previa, cosa que habíamos hecho y le dijimos, y nada, se negaron totalmente, no nos tiraron ni la basura.

Pas de navette entre l'aéroport entre le Days Inn. Obligés de prendre un taxi aussi bien à l'Aller comme au Retour. Compter 55 livres sterling globalement. Arrivés dans une chambre non nettoyée. Heureusement, la reception nous en a mis une autre à notre disposition.

handy for the airport, don’t count on a good sleep
Comfortable room, walking to the Ramada @nd servic3 station food court. It is a budget hotel close to the M11 and Stansted….therefore traffic and aircraft noise, and people arriving and leaving at odd hours of the night. Without thinking of the fellow sleeping guests. So budget hotel, close to the airport with the good and bad 5hat comes with.

Road access to the hotel was closed due repairs when I booked the hotel lady on reception told me it will be open. Horrible customer service. We paid for the hotel but couldn’t get in.
