What really makes this hotel though is the staff, they are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble, big thank you to Patrick who looked after us in Peacy’ bar and grill for dinner and also Laura on reception for being amazing and making us feel very special, thankyou Team Milner, hope to see you again soon."

"Warm, welcoming staff who go out of their way to correct any and all concerns Very cute rooms, warm and cozy, nicely decorated. Clean, modern bathrooms. Great neighborhood, easy walk to the city center, easy for Uber rides, and some phenomenal restaurants only steps away: Chinese noodle soups, coffee/bakeries, and the Rose and Crown tavern, which has the best meat pies, Sunday roast and sticky toffee pudding ive had yet in England. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Stayed for three nights, clean room and bathroom. Daily cleaning was amazing and the location of our room looked onto a nuch nicer view. Reception staff were very friendly too. "

"Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms in a great location with free parking. I’ve stayed before and have just tried to book for next year but nearly every weekend is booked up through 2026. This time the noise around the apartment was a bit more. Doors slamming, people walking past and up the stairs not being considerate. Hairdryer provides, plenty of towels, hand wash and shower wash. Sachets of Nescafé and Yorkshire Tea bags with the usual cartons of uht milk and sugar. Only thing I’d add that it didn’t have was a freezer compartment for ice. We will definitely return if we can ever book in! "
