"A very nice and relaxing stay. The staff were polite and welcoming on check in, and our apartment was located on the top floor overlooking Port Stephens bay. As it's winter the indoor pool and spa area were perfect. The Ramada is directly across from water with Shoal Bay Country Club right next door. The Game Fish Club and other restaurants and cafes are near by. "

"Overall a good place to stay while in Nelson Bay. Underground secure parking, easy to use lift, clean room with a comfortable bed, kitchenette with a good array of glasses, cutlery etc walking distance to everything in Nelson Bay. Has a laundry in the basement near the lift which is free, just bring your own washing powder etc "

"The property was easy to get to and to visit other places as long as you had a car. The walking access to the beach was relatively easy and amenities on the property good. The cabin spa accommodation I stayed in was excellent with plenty of space and comfort. I could highly recommend this to any family or couple or single person. "

"This an older style 80s brick veneer hotel in Nelson Bay. It is well located to the main waterfront area and eateries, approximately a10-15 minute walk away. Check in was very easy with a friendly text message greeting from Wayne including an access code and room number sent after I booked online. Parking was onsite in front of the room. It was a cool evening in Nelson Bay and heating was required, the reverse air con worked well and warmed up the room quickly, we had a pleasant surprise...
