"Everything was nice in general. There are many transports connecting to different spots in Berlin and the hotel room was also nice that a family can stay. Downstairs there was a place to chill as well as a kid’s area. We would stay again if we come back to Berlin. "

Great facilities in hotel - able to prepare our own breakfasts and meals (there’s a Lidl nearby). Case storage, drink making facilities and loo’s available on day of departure until 20:00 a brilliant bonus."

"Firstly, we pre-checked in online and upon arrival we were asked to fill in the details for the 2nd time! The pillows aren't comfortable at all, the room is too warm, it's just a heater but didn't work as an aircond, we had to open the windows at all times as if we were staying in a lodge (not 4* at all) "
