"We had a great experience with Black Hawk. Everything was well maintained and clean with just the right amount of kitsch. There were flowers planted everywhere and other thoughtful touches. We arrived after experiencing reservation issues at another hotel and it was refreshing to have such great customer service after the first hotel failed us. I would definitely return!"

"I liked the access to a few other amenities in the Dells, which was included in our room charge. The rooms carpet could have used a deep cleaning, but other than that, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again."

"This location is the BEST for downtown, right off the strip. Clean pool!! Upstairs rooms facing the road are the best. Beds and pillows comfortable. They have ROKU TV..if you don't know how to use it, it's hard to get going. Not alot of extra outlets in the room. No USB ports. My only complaint is the shower...we found black hairs in tub and the tub was not draining right. The shower was a little difficult to figure out. I would definitely stay here again.."

"I loved everything about the property, the property was clean and accommodating to all that traveled with me. Super family friendly when traveling with young kids. We had a hiccup and it was resolved and assured immediately! Definitely would recommend and will use this hotel for our return visit in a couple weeks! Don’t forget your swag bag upon check in! "Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay."

"This hotel is terrible in accommodating a disable guest I have requested a disability accessible room for my husband prior our stay and the room they gave us is very small. Safety issues they gave our room key to another person and somebody enter our room. That's very scary! They let us check in the room without getting all the soiled towel and trash in front of our door from prior guest."

"Our microwave was dirty. It was hard to find staff when needed. (To tell them there were no pool area towels. Twice.) The entire hotel waa very loud with large crowds and kids in the hall until midnight. Room seemed updated. Other than the microwave the room seemed clean. One hallway and elevator had trash and something sticky all over for two days. Pool area seemed ok. We used that twice. Breakfast was decent. Typical hotel breakfast with options."
