"The hotel is just absolutely beautiful. The room was clean but the tea kettle that was in there was not. It hasn't been used in some time so it had dust and dead bugs inside it. Just went and got dishwashing liquid and washed it. The staff there is very friendly and kind. would highly recommend this for a vacation. The breakfast they served was also amazing."

"I love the location it is very central close to Wawel Castle. Staff was all friendly and helpful special mention to Monika whenever we come in for breakfast she ensure to lead us to the table and offer straight away for our tea and coffeee which other staff don’t for some reason. Sheraton has been very thoughtful with the anniversary cake with Prosecco they have prepared in the room - that was a surprise- thank you. "The property is perfectly located in a historic building and square that is lively with people. Beautiful room with a comfortable bed. Peaceful sleep. Only annoyances were a loose toilet seat, and a clogged bathroom vent fan, which was ineffective as a result. Why don’t hotels regularly check these kinds of things?
