This appears to be a maintenance oversight that should have been identified and addressed prior to guest arrival, particularly at a five-star property. Additionally, a staff member indicated that this type of issue “happens all the time,” which raises further concerns about ongoing safety standards. I will not be returning to this hotel. "

"The pool is great for doing lengths, and there's also a sauna and gym. There's also a children's room, billiards, table football etc - perfect for a family, and also for adults. The supermarket just opposite the back door has everything you might want and more. it is in District 3, so in a quiet area, but still sufficiently central for tour operator pick-ups etc. Couldn't be better."
