I booked this location specifically because it listed it has an EV Charging station (2, actually). I messaged them days before I arrived to ask how the process of using it works but I got no response. Upon arrival it wasn't possible to start a charge. I called the property phone number for help but wasn't provided with any help from the person who answered, they advised I'd be called back. No call came. I had a 360km drive the day after and planned to leave with a 100% full battery, sadly this wasn't the case. Other points: The fridge was turned off upon arrival, not ideal. The bedside lamp battery ran out (battery powered?!) and there was no sockets near the bed. Each time someone comes or goes via the main door it sounds like a gunshot has taken place in the hall. The noise from other rooms / people in the building is disruptive, poor noise insulation. No extra pillows available.
