"The property itself was okay. Rooms were clean and spacious. With to many nick nacks that were not necessary at all. Bathrooms good. Only our bathroom door was broken, wouldn’t close without a push and a noisy crack.Beds were not comfortable at all. Mattress firm. Pillows hard. We had double bed made from two single beds, massive gap in between, sliding apart. Air conditioning noisy.Too hot without it, so we had to use it. Towels not changed daily. They wouldn’t give you fresh pool towel unless...

We did feel a little disappointed the pool was within the hotel rather than facing out to sea. It gave the impression the hotel could be anywhere. However, our experience was far from what we had hoped. The biggest issue was the noise. Our room (Room 3) was located next to a busy road, and the bin collection at 5:00 AM added to the disturbance. The rooms are not soundproof, so we could hear everything from neighboring rooms—doors closing, showers running, conversations, and even toilets...
