"Overall, this is a clean and well-run hotel with the exception of my room. The room has been partially remodeled and looks nice while some parts look really outdated, cheap and dirty. There was hair in my sink and tub and mold around the drain that looks like it had been building up for awhile. There’s no way the bathroom had been cleaned before I arrived in my room. "It wasn’t so much the location it was Expedia that falsely advertised this property and it made for a horrible experience. Some rude staff members and lack of cleaning our rooms or even offering clean towels. Over all it was the service and Expedia that caused the issues. "

"This place was a total find! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Jaxson. The location was great and the room was clean and comfortable with a cute modern style. Check-in-out process was very easy. The air conditioning unit was very efficient and quiet. It was so convenient to have a Keurig, refrigerator and small microwave in the room as well as your basic cutlery and dishes.
I would suggest the tiniest improvements to make the room even better… A small clothes rack or more hooks to hang a few...

"This hotel always have bugs in it. My children and I were bitten by bugs this time and every time that we stay there. Also, the air conditioner doesn't cool the room and we're always so hot. The positioning of the air conditioner is so wrong. It doesn't cool the rooms down at all instead it blows underneath the bed and not the entire room.
