Room was clean and had essentials for overnight, in and out stay, and for the price. But, if you like the sound of people in other rooms thru the walls, the smell of marijuana, a guest in the parking lot smoking dope, big dogs barking, and the joy of somebody puking their guts out at 730am, this place is for you. "What a wonderful place to stay near the entrance to the Mt. Washington Auto Road entrance. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the rooms exceptionally clean, and the staff at the front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and wait/bar were all pleasant and did their jobs well. As guests, you felt welcomed and everyone felt like family. We enjoyed the views of the Presidential Range while also enjoying the fire pit and serenity of The Glen House location. "Had the kitchen sink leak underneath and called front desk. They sent someone up to fix and it didn't take long. Tip I learned from friend, always flush the toilet and check plumbing before unpacking in case you need to change rooms. Everything in the hotel was as expected according the pictures. Pull out sofa bed made 5 fit comfortably in the room. 10-15 mins away from Diane's bath and Echo lake. Right nearby Outlets."

"Few properties have an indoor pool and hot tub at this price, so that's a nice perk. Important if you're old and on a multi-day hiking trip. However, the pool is not well maintained. VERY humid in there, locker rooms closed/taped off, like they're actively working on it/doing construction, which was the same when I stayed there a full year ago. Also, I called before booking to ask if it was worth paying extra for the "suite" and was told it has a couch and extra space, so I did pay more for that...

"I love this hotel, everything is super clean, beautiful, cozy, and peaceful! Love to sit in those rocking chairs looking right to the mountains.. the pool, the rooms, the lobby, everything is beautiful, and very well maintained. The restaurant is delicious! It's def my fave spot in NH. Highly recommend!!"
