The room was not ready in time but the staff was great and got it done pretty quickly and graced us a late check out. My only issue is that the room was infested with ladybugs. We caught them all and released them :)

Exceeded expectations. Warm greeting from Robert on arrival. Virtually no other guests as a convention was at grand summit. Despite few guests, grounds and facilities and staff all first rate. Gym, steam room and pool were immaculate and welcomed. Great views. Stunningly on my departure on a brisk sunny October morning (815 and 36 degrees, more than a dozen staff w Pom poms waved good by and safe travels. I never (I mean never) leave comments but the Jordan forced me. Thank you
