We had a very peaceful and beautiful stay. The staff were so warm and helpful. Our family appreciated all the special details like “make your own mocktail” station and s’mores, etc. We truly hope to be back, the scenery and little hiking trails truly made it as well.

Beautiful, clean hotel with gorgeous mountain views. We stayed here for a wedding in town and it was so comfortable. We used the heated outdoor pool on a chilly night in October and it was so warm and clean. We also used the hot tub and sauna. Everything is clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunday River Resort – Jordan Hotel. The hotel is well equipped, and the service was excellent. For the first time in 10 years, we watched the first rays of sunlight and the sunrise emerging behind the beautiful, colorful autumn mountains from our bedroom balcony. Very nice staff, the northern lights cafe was ok but wouldn’t plan for an actual meal. Clean in general BUT our bathroom clearly didn’t get finished, the tub was full of hair.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was spacious with a kitchenette so if we had stayed longer we could cook our own meals (we used it the full fridge for drink and snack mostly) Food on premises is a bit expensive (as to be expected for hotel extras) but it’s convenient and easy. Pool and Free spa amenities were great. Did not try their service spa treatments but enjoyed the sauna and stream rooms. Hiking trail was well maintained and view from look out point spectacularly beautiful. Staff were welcoming and informative. *Bonus* free marshmallows for roasting was a nice touch as was the games out front. Lovely hotel wonder how it is on the business season. For travelers who don’t have a car it might be a bit pricey for food as restaurants is closed and drive to neighboring town of Bethel is five minutes to drive. Recommend having a car. Hotel experience 11/10

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained. My kids especially loved the pool area, and the sauna was also very clean and relaxing. The hotel itself is excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only area that could use improvement is the restaurant. The prices were quite high, while the portions were very small, and unfortunately, the food quality did not meet our expectations. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, especially for families. With some improvements to the restaurant, the experience would be even better!

The hotel is a little outdated and run down but the suite was huge and very clean. I loved the fact that they have a spa and coffee shop onsite. Although poor breakfast choices. Also, make sure you book spa services way in advance and not when you get there. Overall the place looks nice and the staff were amazing ! Everyone from the lobby to gift shop to spa were all very helpful and very nice. If I’m in the area again I will rebook.

We stayed for two nights and had a great time. We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette. It was a very long walk down to the end of the building. I was just recovering from a knee injury so the walk from a far away parking lot and then all the way down the end of the building was not ideal. I did tell the receptionist I just came off crutches so not sure why she put me in the farthest room possible? Next time, I will request a room closer to the pool and gym entrance. There also is very little signage so finding everything was difficult to navigate. The restaurant was closed both times we went downstairs to eat so we had to grab food at the cafe. It was grab and go and very expensive. The pool area and hot tubs were wonderful and the kids enjoyed them. It was relaxing and quiet and much cheaper than renting a VRBO in that area. I prefer a house rental but the prices are out of control.
