"This property was absolutely disgusting. The best part is the photo of the lobby. The smell in the hallways are overwhelming. The room was filthy. The bathroom so full of mold the smell was horrible. We made it an hour and a half before my eyes were swollen, my throat was sore, and a headache had kicked in. We had to leave. They absolutely did nothing. They wouldn’t even cooperate with Expedia. All around it was an absolutely horrible experience and service."

"First we was excited to come to this property because we have been there before but when we get it this time to be honest I was very disappointed housekeeping never came to the room to change the garbage or to make the bed. Secondly he was not too much of Kids friendly which I was disappointed barely any activities for the children. Everything was extra fee which was disappointing and it seems like it was more of order disability facilitated there than children facility."

"Great resort with many amenities. Problem is most of the amenities don’t open until noon and close as early as 7 PM like the main pool on the weekend. Most of the staff are super friendly. Our kids had a great time."

The signal in my room was very weak. I had to leave the room and go into the hallway for my phone/laptop to even detect the guest network and it kept on disconnecting and reconnecting once I was back in the room which was really frustrating. "While generally clean enough, the property does not let visitors know in advance that: a) their room will not have a TV; b) the rooms do not have cell service; c) the room has no desk; and, d) most of the rooms require a walk up a hill so steep that it required two "back-and-forth" paths. In addition, computer problems screwed up check-in such that after walking up the big hill, my key didn't work because it was for the wrong room. All of this doesn't make the property completely un-stayable,...

"It is a charming hotel, with actual metal keys. Much more personal than a chain hotel. The television signal was not consistent, which was not surprising for the hilly location. We really enjoyed our stay. The town has many small shops, eateries which are worth enjoying"
