"We had a view from our room that was truly exceptional (3rd floor). It was so good we got excited to get back to the room and relax with the view of the mountains, castles atop hills, and lush green forests.
The experience will stick with us for a long time after we've left. Highly recommend!"

"We reached hotel and we have been told that the lift is working and after carrying our trolley bags to a different building through a tunnel , we got to know that the lift has not been repaired. We had to carry our suitcase to the top 2nd floor via stairs and no support was provided to provide accommodation in the building near to reception. "Schwimmbad und Sauna sind schön. Zimmer aber etwas klein für eine ganze Familie und in wie abgebildet mit separatem Zimmer für die Kinder. Badezimmer sehr klein. Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend, aber für ein 4-Sterne Hotel eher klein."
