"I do not give 5 stars unless they deserve it in this case they fully deserve it. We stayed 2 nights and everything about the hotel was awesome. The staff and service was tip class (in fact it was the best ever I have experienced in many many years). The minibar is all included and is restocked every day. It was 5 minutes walk from the Interlaken out train station and ideally located. There was harder kullam entry 5 minutes away and viewable from our room balcony. The view from the balcony...

"This is by far one of the best hotels in the entire world I have been. Very close to the train station in Wengen (just need to walk around 200 meters) downhill with luggage through a paved street. If you are in good shape, that is not a problem. All staff super friendly, feels like family. Breakfast included with very fresh and local options. We had the dinner at the hotel and it was amazing with great selection. Rooms very well mantained. Did I mention the beautiful views? Out of this world....
