"Was clean and smelled clean but the power went out while getting out of the shower and almost tripped."

"I was surprised to find out there was no elevator. Rooms were ok, but are getting tired. Found daddy long legs around the heater. Air conditioning was load and a little confusing to figure out. Breakfast was ok, all the foods, like the eggs, were heared in a bag in a microwave. The. Chopped up and put out for serving. Staff was very nice though and location was very good for EAA"

"I would recommend this property highly. The decoration is soothing and rustic, the rooms are very nice and breakfast gives a variety of choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only down item is the height of the stools in the bathrooms, they are very short. My 5' 2" companion said that she felt like she was sitting on a child's potty and I am considerably taller & felt like my knees were up under my chin. I am a senior and I had trouble getting off the toilet when I was finished."

"I wouldn't stay at the Cobblestone Inn again. There is no elevator in the building, even though a two floor hotel, taking luggage up and down was difficult. The television did not work, Direct TV, and with that situation, a change of rooms should have been offered. Instead, I was told to go back to the room and press the red button located in the back of the dresser the TV was on. It made no difference doing that, the TV did not work being in a frozen mode. "Mold in our room- both in the wall and up in the window ledge. Front desk was slow and very unhelpful. Placed us in an incorrect room from what we paid for and then wouldn’t switch us. Eventually did, and then that room had mold. AC barely cooled the bedroom and didn’t cool the rest of the room at all."

"The hotel was pretty nice, the Wave restaurant in particular was awesome. The indoor pool felt a bit dated, but my kids still enjoyed it. The outdoor pool was super nice and we spent a decent amount of time there. The grounds were very well maintained and the views of the lake were spectacular of course. The staff was pleasant enough for the most part. We were just a bit disappointed with our room, it felt relatively small and dated, however it wasn't really where we spent most of our time, so...

"Poor outdoor signing for the hotel. Everything seemed dirty to me. When they gave us the key cards the sleeve they gave us was dirty!! No ice bucket! No really pleased at all."

"I booked a stay planning for a possible extra guest and two small dogs which could not make it. I loved the fact that the hotel is dog-friendly. Without the extra guest and doggies, however, the room felt underwhelming, and one of the beds had a very weak and creaky mattress that should have already been retired. All amenities were adequate, and the young man at the front desk upon arrival was excellent, but overall, the hotel did not really rise to its nightly rate, imo."
