"Nothing worked and i was given the wrong room. Microwave didnt turn and extremely dirty.(didn’t use) everywhere i looked i was extremely disgusting. Pillows was dirty and there was no phone. Only thing that worked was the tv. I could hear two guys talking all night long as well as traffic outside. Bery smokey even in the non smoking room i got"

"Very spacious room with a huge bathroom, big closet space, lots of space to keep suitcases/stuff, big window overlooking the pool. Very clean! Staff was very polite and nice. Room was a little outdated, outlets need to be updated (very loose - all of them) so chargers were falling out. Fridge was old and had rust on the inside. Shower fixtures should be updated (loose, old). Overall a great value!"

"The hotel is a decent stay. Breakfast was good (not great) and the room was comfortable. The dining area could’ve been bigger to allow for more guests to sit. There were some stains on the wall and the room’s doorway definitely wasn’t sound proof enough. Not expecting perfection, but could hear laughter and conversations loudly in the corridor. "Yes, parking was ample and the air conditioning was working wonderfully even though I only needed it once."

"I did not get a chance to stay. Was only there a few hours and honestly dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the property. The first room they gave us was unsecured and unlocked when we arrive so we got a different room and that room was not clean. Someone’s old sock lip balm and crumbs were all over the floor near the bed and under the chair. Then when the shower was turned on a baby roach scurried across the rod and behind a gap between the shower head and wall. Of course couldn’t stay there...

"Very clean, comfortable and efficient micro hotel, exactly as advertised. Very central, walkable safe neighborhood. Parking across the street, while pricy, was also easy and efficient. We will definitely consider Motto again if we return to this vibrant city!"
