Very convenient location next to a train station and within walkable distance from several Potsdam attractions; close to eateries, Aldi and town centre Christmas markets. Clean rooms bathroom; good and clean cutlery, linen, comfortable beds. Things to improve: add international plug points, USB charging ports.

Simple accommodations near Potsdam Mitte. Right next to the train station but we had a car. Apartment with a bedroom, Murphy bed, and living area worked well for a couple and kid. Not fancy but clean and well-appointed,

Fantastic property! Great location right next to the train station. They were easy to contact and accomodating for when our arrival was late due to delayed trains. The room had everything we needed and we enjoyed the coffee in the lobby every morning.

Loved it!

I was so impressed with how beautifully equipped the kitchen was, complete with dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, electric kettle and every kind of dish, pot and pan, or utensil one could want. The bathroom was extremely large and modern, and the rest of the room was nicely furnished and comfortable for sleeping, dining, or sitting around. A safe is provided and there's plenty of storage, hangers, etc. Free tea and coffee and always available in the lobby. The location is also great. There's the Charlottenhof train station just steps away, it's an easy walk to Sansoucci and the other palaces, and shopping is also close by. Even the main train station is a walkable distance away. In the 3 days we were there, no one came to clean the room, but I prefer it that way. I assume if we had needed fresh towels or sheets for a longer stay that we could have asked for them. It's almost like living in an apartment, though, and I liked that! I'd definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.

It was a rough stay. The staff was nice and well-intentioned. Check in was delayed, and the communication around our room availability was poor. The room itself was large and had potential. But it was a hot day and the a/c — something we looked for in this place — was not adequate (and was controlled at the front d). Worse, the water was turned off at two different times, both coinciding with our showers. Lastly, the Expedia listing says that parking is available, but in reality it’s limited and needs to be reserved in a process that I was not made aware of. The front desk did comp our breakfast and room tax as a gesture to make up for the experience. As I said, everyone was very nice and tried to help. And the property has potential. It just needs more attention and investment.

The air conditioning was centrally controlled so at night it was quite still and warm, but you could open a window. There might have been more food options than we found but food options close by were limited.

L’immeuble est récent mais il y a un manque d’entretien et l’appartement n’est pas fini. Pas de placard ni de tringle ni pateres pour les manteaux, robinet cuisine et sdb défectueux, pas de service de chambre malgré 3 nuits sur place!

Centralt men meget støj fra tog og trafik

Hvis man kun skal overnatte er det fint, for der er MEGET støj i værelserne mod gaden. Ellers er det i gåafstand fra parken med Sans Souci og Sommerslottet som nås på 10-15 min til fods.

Gute Unterkunft in sehr zentraler Lage, Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, alles schnell erreichbar. Vom Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es eine Direktverbindung nach Berlin-Mitte. Freundliches Personal; das Appartement war mit kleiner Küche und Balkin zum Innenhof/ Gartrb gut ausgestattet.

Parkplatz suche etwas schwierig, es gibt aber Hoteleigene kostenpflichtige Parkplätze. Vom City Kern mit der Straßenbahn oder zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Zimmer toll ausgestattet! Der Föhn ist in der Schublade😇

Einige Defekte aber sonst sehr schön

Bei uns war leider einiges im Apartment kaputt. Das Ausklappbett,der Mülleimer,Uhr,föhn etc und im Schlafzimmer fehlte der Fernseher… nachdem wir um Reparatur gebeten hatten, wurde dich das zusatzbett zwar angesehen aber nicht verbessert, sodass eine seite in der luft hing
