Breakfast was a cold continental style breakfast with plenty of options . Room was ok toilet facilities were small but worked. Parking was 5 euro with good sized slot. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Perfect motorway stopover

Perfect place to stay for an overnight stop off - very close to motorway and close to restaurants. We got the park and ride into Berlin for the day which was a short drive from the hotel - again perfect for what we needed. It is a no frills hotel that serves its purpose very well.

Was okay just for one night. Upstairs wasn’t hoovered. Beds upstairs were too close to the wall which gave me anxiety… me, husband and our 2 kids were sleeping on one bed downstairs. The good side of all of this was Easy access to rooms, very good communication between staff when called, was able to speak English. Very good breakfast. Thank you.

A nice hotel at the price. Good breakfast and a nice courtyard where you can sit and enjoy your coffee or a beer. The only restaurant in the area is a Macdonald. All in all a fine hotel for a rest

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, we used it as our last night to go to the airport the next morning. To eat there is only one fast food place which for us was not an option, there is nothing around to eat. The hotel in general is good, breakfast is not included but it is acceptable for the price. The hotel was fine for what we needed.

Neat place with plenty of features.

The space was great, the rooms are neat. There is no elevator which made getting suitcases up and down difficult. The check-in/out process was very easy, and the rooms are nice looking/and cleverly uses all of the available space. The restroom in our unit had a dead vent fan and some mold/rust but for the money still great. Forewarning: make sure that you google maps your distance between this place and where you want to go (this is not the fault of the hotel, but mine). I was about an hour from the place I wanted to be in downtown Berlin.

I had a very frustrating experience with the self check-in process. The hotel sent multiple emails with instructions on how to use the self check-in machine, but when I entered my surname and booking number, the machine said “reservation not found.” I was traveling with luggage and two children, and had to go to another building, only to be told my reservation wasn’t there either. I had to go all the way back to the first building again. Eventually, I found an emergency contact number and called. A woman answered and was able to solve the issue, which I appreciate. However, when I asked her why the machine didn’t work, she was rude and unprofessional. This made an already stressful situation even worse. The hotel really needs to improve its check-in process and customer service. This was not the kind of welcome I expected.
