Great location, close to train station. Staff were prompt and friendly and assisted with things beyond our hotel stay. Apartment was large and had all amenities we needed. The washing machine was a huge bonus for us. Shower water pressure could be better but did not take away from our stay.

Fantastic and spacious apartment well suited to our family of 4 for a short break in Berlin. You are close to the centre but in a historical area that is safe and quiet at night. It's important to know that the check-in at reception may be a short walk from your apartment as they are spread out over a couple of blocks I think, however ours was close by and I don't think it would detract from the experience. This was a good price for central Berlin for what we got and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We'd return again with no hesitation.

Location was perfect! (I can only speak to our exact apartment—- 6th floor with elevator). Pluses: quiet with the windows closed, otherwise lots of traffic sounds, black out curtains, clean, washing machine, very roomy and plenty of hooks, tables, etc to put all your stuff. Minus: amenities are quite austere. One set of towels(2) per person for 5 days. 2 rolls of TP for 5 days. (Should have been at least 3 rolls). Watered down dish soap—not enough for 5 days. But—-did provide 2 dishwasher tabs. Be a little more generous with supplies and it would have been a 5 star rating.

The location is really great, right in the middle of the city! The place is spacious but didn't seem to be completely clean. The linens did not seem as clean and fresh as I would expect. The price was a little too high for the quality, in my opinion.

When I booked this apartment, I wasn't sure where it was located as I didn't know Berlin very well. It was an amazing location. Close by the Brandenburg gate, many restaurants, a grocery store, and sights to see. Walking was very easy and safe. The transportation (underground and subway) were like a block away - very convenient. I was very impressed with the accommodations. I would have liked to have known the history of the apartment - who would have lived in it back in the day. I would highly recommend this. I had 3 teenage granddaughtes, a daughter and myself. We all enjoyed it. The weather was very hot but there were fans which kept things cool - no need for air conditioning.

Great location. Close amenities and walkable. Staff were friendly and check in/out process was easy. Only issue was it was noisy at night - slamming doors, bot great noise barriers between apartments. It also would have been nice to have tissues and some essential kitchen stuff such as salt, pepper and olive oil and paper towels. We sure weee glad it wasn’t summer heat because without AC it would be too warm. But overall the location made up for most of the things that were lacking.
