Wonderful stay

It was a wonderful 2 night stay. I came to visit from London to see my uncle. The receptionist was wonderful (he worked around 10pm and was an older man) the service was fantastic. Great shower, comfy bed and spacious rooms

Great property in a beautiful location. Elegant two storey family rooms. The restaurant “Paulaner” has great food and is just around the corner. It’s also about a 20 minute walk from the nearest Big Bus tours stop, which was great.

We stayed in a junior suite which had a very large bathroom and very large main room with a refrigerator. Breakfast was abundant with a great variety of food, choices, and drinks Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was close to a tram station. It’s a little bit further out from the city, but for the cost it was well worth it especially if you get the I Amsterdam card or use another form of payment for the tram since we use them daily The bed was very comfortable

Beautifully updated hotel Exceptionally clean. Expedia needs to do some updates on their advert for the property. It has been updated from the photos. Also, they do not have bathtubs as indicated. I searched and chose this hotel specifically for that reason and arrived to discover that Expedia info was no longer accurate. Nevertheless it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel is beautiful and in a picturesque location along the river. It is within walking distance to the S-train, bus and trams (all easy to use with the BVG app. The lobby is huge with comfortable seating throughout. If you opt for breakfast ($25), there is a nicely appointed dining room with a buffet that has everything you can think of. Wait staff and cooks are excellent. But I opted out on my last day, since the price is a little steep and we were running, so enjoying the meal would have been hard. There is a gym and sauna I didn’t use, but heard was nice. There is a restaurant attached, in the even you want to order room service or a bite or drink without going out. Prices are fair given the location, accommodation and selection. The room I had was a single queen, which was comfortable and the room was beautiful with a view of the river. There is no real AC. It is more like a vent, but propping the window open gave plenty of breeze. I recommend staying here. Great, safe location and excellent accommodations. Price is fair.

The location next to the Spree river is scenic and quiet. The hotel is about a 7 minute walk from the Bellevue S-Bahn station which is one stop away from the Berlin Hbf train station. Check out the gym on the 8th floor which has an amazing view and good equipment. I would have liked to have coffee in my room, but it is available near reception every morning. The wifi is good if you wake early, but during the day it is spotty. There is a supermarket right next door.
