"The hotel was nicely appointed, although with 100 degree temperatures, the A/C wasn’t working well and we could not stay the whole time. Got a full refund. The way to the pool was through this back stair case that was quite the adventure."

"Ravi was an excellent worker at the Sonder Tribeca facility. As soon as I arrived he helped me with a code to get in and even helped my door dash food deliverer find me to give me my food. The hotel was easy. Small but clean new sheets and new towels. Aircon was working. Water was good temperature. ..."
