"We liked the location. It was just far enough off Time Sq to be a bit calmer. We were very disappointed in check in. We arrived around 9:30 am. We could not get into our room until after 5pm. Our daughter arrived around 5:30pm. Her room, which we had requested close to our room, was not even ready then and she had to stay on a different floor. Daily room service was excellent."

The location of this hotel is really what you pay for as you’re conveniently located a few steps away from Central Park, the Lincoln Center, and the major subway station in Columbus circle. I felt safe the entire stay and well taken care of as housekeeping came in everyday of our 5 day stay."
