Fantástico

Segunda vez neste hotel fantástico. Melhor opção no Vale dos Vinhedos. Além de confortável, oferece diversas opções de experiências, tais como excelentes restaurantes, degustações de vinho, DJ em uma varanda ao por do sol. Adoramos a parte do Spa também. E tem um dos melhores café da manhã que conhecemos. De noite,sentimos o cheiro dos pães que são assados no próprio hotel.

Ótima estadia, surpresa agradável. Equipe de atendimento maravilhosa. Desde o manobrista, o William da recepção, a Mauria do Spa que tratou minha mae de 89 anos de um jeito maravilhoso e difícil de encontrar, até o Gustavo da manutenção e oa meninos do restaurante. Alegria do início ao fim. Desejando voltar agora para uma viagem romântica poia o lugar remete a muito romantismo. Tudo lindo. A vista da suíte com o nascer do sol na janela, foi espetacular.

Experiência espetacular, porém tivemos um problema extremamente desconfortável. Quando chegamos na sexta fizemos agendamento de mesa para o sunset no sábado. No sábado ao chegar no local falaram que não tinha sido agendado e não tínhamos lugar para ficar. Não teve resolução.
