Service? Hello??

Service was terrible! We arrived from the airport hungry for dinner to be told the restaurant is closed as well as the bar. When we asked about any nearby restaurants that are good, we were told to use UberEats. Apparently, everything at the hotel is closed when it’s not peak season which we were not told ahead of time. Also, the front desk only works business hours and won’t answer the phone even then! When we approached the desk for checkout, we heard the phone ringing and ringing but the guy at the desk made no effort to answer, and was not serving any other customers either. It’s a large room with beautiful furnishings, but the bed is hard as a rock.

The staff went out of their way to make sure my son and I had everything we needed. The room I was in was right at the edge of the property next to a park by the lake which didn’t feel entirely safe but at the end of the day I would recommend the hotel.

good choice for business and leisure, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, good restaurant and pleasant outside area around the pool. drawback is the proximity to the freeway on the other side of the lake which emits quite a bit of noise during the day.

Lots of improvement required

Not so good. Mosquitoes in the room, bathroom door banging all night, buffet food was cold, neighbors TV loud in the early house, reception Ed chaotic and they had one set of bathroom towels regardless of the number of guest in the room. Power points not working properly
