There is no elevator at the factory. We had the designer king room. It’s part of Dutches inn and spa so you can use the beautiful rooftop space for glass of wine (BYO) while watching the sunset and mountains. The only negative was the bed. "Telephone, desk lamp and chair were filthy; items were cleaned the next day. Also, stuffed chair and ottoman were stained. Only one was cloth and hand towel in the bathroom; this was also corrected the next day. I was disappointed by the room but was very satisfied by the response to my complaints by the staff."
