The room was a little dated but clean, as a family with young children we loved this hotel! The pool area is really nice, they had bike rentals, a free shuttle to downtown, and the staff were really accommodating! We loved the river view!

Best Western Bend North
Room had stains on carpet in multiple areas, box spring of both beds had multiple stains. Hotel is older so maintenance has done a lot of work which you can see because all of the work stands out, not in a good way. Check in was slow and unprofessional. Shilo Inn Suites Hotel - Bend
The staff were incredibly friendly and warm. However the hotel itself was severely lacking. The Internet was out, there were holes in the walls in the room, the pool never had towels, the cable TV kept cutting out. That being said the Jacuzzi tub was nice.
