We were fortunate that the weather was good enough that the walk from the room (a Woodland lodge) to the hotel for meals was pleasant but an umbrella as provided jut in case! "High end boutique hotel with very comfortable beds and great amenities like the pantry with free snacks all day and a delicious cake served in the afternoon. We loved the decor all over the hotel!! Free parking and an easy walk to downtown Pitlochry. Only thing to keep in mind is the walk back up the hill to the hotel if you’re not in shape. Great breakfast in their beautiful restaurant and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in."

We had the small plates for dinner because the restaurant was booked full but our small plate dishes were excellent. Quite frankly I would have the small plates for dinner rather than a full dinner. I would definitely go back to this place and recommend to friends traveling to Scotland"
