"Staff were excellent, attentive and went the extra mile to make my wifes birthday special. We were checked into a great room with friendly staff. We phoned reception a couple of times for tea and coffee refills which were brought immediately, including a request for fresh milk. We were very impressed with this hotel, quality and location. We would definitely stay again."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was located in a perfect location, the staff were very friendly, and my room was spotless everyday. I would stay here again if I return to Dublin. My only complaint (and it might be based on my room location) was the WiFi was fairly inadequate. It kept disconnecting on its own and was never completely reliable."

"By far the nicest hotel I stayed in during my recent trip to Ireland and Scotland. I stayed at the beginning of my trip and again at the end. Two different rooms but both equally clean. Great bathrooms! Well lit. Good water pressure. Easy walk down O’Connell Street and over the river to get to Trinity College, the shops on Grafton Street, and the Temple Bar area. I opted to pay for breakfast each morning, which was a nice way to begin the day."
