"On the plus side: the location is hard to beat - amazing and energetic neighborhood, lots of food options, not far from the Metro in two directions. Less noisy than we would have expected. On the minus side: We got the sense that the property was recently renovated and not all the bugs have been worked out. We put an unneeded pillow on a shelf in the closet and it promptly collapsed, suggesting no one had ever used it. More importantly, we had no wifi for two days - the hosts tried to provide...

"The hotel located at 5min walking distance from Chinatown and bus stop 474 to YUL airport just 1-2 minutes walking distance. 15 minutes walking distance to St. Paul street and old port. The location can’t beat. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They allowed us to have 1 hour late check out without any fees. But the room is quite dark and furnitures are old. Make me feel little bit creepy. We live in 2 bedrooms suit, easy for family traveling together."

"Such a great place to stay! Central to everything, so many restaurants and coffee shops closeby. Such a lively part of the city. The other hotel guests were great as well. We really enjoyed the hot tub and loved the whole stay. Thank you!"

"When we booked we thought that breakfast is included and we found out that it wasn't and we have to pay extra if we choose to eat at their dinning. Some of the front desk staff never great you if we don't say hi first. I felt that they are not approachable but the cleaning team is excellent they come and clean our room well."
