Fully equipped new and clean apartment. Remotely managed. We had some issues with the emails with the access details not getting to us, but finally managed to overcome these issues by phone with the help of their very friendly service staff.

The unit was beautiful and spacious with a well-supplied kitchen, washer and dryer, and 2 bedrooms. However, parking was difficult, and the neighborhood was questionable and about a 25-30 minute drive to get to Old Montreal. Although the property itself was gorgeous, I would not stay there again due to the location. If you are comfortable with the metro, it is close and if you are ok with driving, this is the place for you.

We loved our stay. The property was perfect for our family of five. It had great amenities, it was quiet and safe and there were lots of options for food within walking distance. The check in and check out were very smooth and info was provided very timely. Also, it's very close to subway and can connect with every part of the city very easily. Only area of improvement is to suggest potential parking options as street parking is hard to find. Overall though we had a great time and would highly recommend especially for larger families or groups. Can't wait go come back again!!

We will definitely coming back!

Our stay here was amazing! I had to take a chance in booking this place as it was a last minute decision that my friends and I decided to go to Montreal for the nite. It surprised us that all went well. The whole place was new and cozy, and the best part it was a walking distance to the Metro Station, that is why our nite to the Old Port Montreal was a real fun, no driving needed. Close to Restaurant & grocery store that you are never to go hungry. This is a 5 star for us! :)

There’s mice. Also no contact with management through Expedia or calls/chat. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nice place and convenient area. The cleaning staff is nice, but don’t speak English or French. But with issues of late night noise and screaming, there’s nowhere to get in touch with building management. I had to find the cleaning staff the next day. Also there is mice. we saw a mouse climbing up the curtains later. They know there’s an infestation since there’s mice traps. Honestly I really like the spot and the home feel, it also looks clean. But the mice is too big of a problem for me.
