Parking was nearby, needed to ask front desk to open, however. Could have been streamlined. This area is great, in the heart of BH and close to attractions such as the Central Market, CCBB, and others. We arrived at night and felt very safe. The hotel itself is old and simple, and this was the negative highlight of our stay. Sheets were stained, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor. Overall a fair experience for the cost, but I would not stay there again.

O hotel possui ótima localização, próximo a transporte público, farmácias e outros serviços, o que torna a estadia bastante conveniente. O custo-benefício é bom, principalmente por incluir café da manhã. No meu caso, o quarto apresentou um problema inicial: a janela não trancava, mas foi consertada rapidamente. O atendimento na recepção variou — a funcionária que me atendeu pela manhã foi um pouco ríspida, mas as demais foram muito prestativas, oferecendo ótimas orientações sobre os pontos turísticos da cidade. O café da manhã é excelente, com variedade e equipe bastante atenciosa. Já o quarto tem alguns pontos a melhorar: o travesseiro era muito alto e duro, e as camas de solteiro um pouco estreitas. Em resumo, é uma boa opção para quem busca preço acessível, boa localização e praticidade em uma estadia curta.

Eu não gostei porque reservei um quarto de casal e a cama de casal era dividida ao meio (como se fossem 2 de solteiro juntas), muito incomodo para o casal. E a TV no quarto só sintonizava a Record, não pegava SBT, nem Globo... o atendente disse que era por causa do sinal. Mas nunca vi um hotel que não procure um sistema que pegue o sinal de TV. Então melhor nem ter TV. Fora isso a área de laser está bem sem manutenção, a piscina não podia nadar. A sinuca com tacos totalmente sem borracha na ponta, e a outra mesa de jogo a ficha caia no chao ao inves de cair na gaveta. O café da manhã estava ótimo.

Trata-se de um hotel bem antigo, mas próximo de tudo. Quando for reservar, tenha em mente que não haverá luxo (até pelo preço, né?), mas o atendimento foi de primeira. Como lazer, o hotel oferece sinuca (boa) e uma mesa com disco, cujo o nome eu não sei. A piscina, por ser inverno, eu nem olhei. O café da manhã é ótimo! Sucos, variedade de frutas e pães, pão de queijo delicioso, gelatina, iogurte, granola. Tudo bem fresquinho. Agora o que me surpreendeu foi a oferta de caldos (CORTESIA) a noite! Todas as noites tinha DOIS tipos de caldos para você se servir a vontade! Canjiquinha com costelinha de porco, abóbora com carne seca, canjiquinha com frango, feijão carioca com calabresa… Todos muito gostosos e eram repostos várias vezes! Essa cortesia me encantou!

Pior hospedagem da minha vida.

Horrível a experiência de ter que ficar num lugar sem condições para descansar. “Hotel “ ? na minha opinião é um lugar que não tem nada de bom para se hospedar. Lugar sujo, serviço péssimo, elevador sinistro, barulho de todos os tipos.
