"Restaurant needs improvement"

"It felt like another honeymoon. Beautiful and a fantastic sushi restaurant."

"The location of the property was perfect. Our room had the most tranquil and exquisite view of the ocean and some of the surrounding islands. The gentle sound of the waves crashing was therapy for my ears. My husband and I truly enjoyed our time there. Thea was an incredible host. She resolved any issues that arose promptly. Thank you for an awesome experience."

"Staff was very helpful"

"From the check-in moment we were treated like VIPs, the team provided truly personal attention. Everyone was very friendly, attentive and remembered our names and room number. "Please understand this place have amazing views, however I reserved a room with a pool on the balcony. To my surprise, the pool was not active, nor was I notified at any point, I basically just had to find that out the gard way. Why? this until is at the top of a massive hill, making walking a non-option for anyone...

"Not the best rooms"

"Hébergement très agréable, avec une très belle vue, un emplacement idéal et un hôte très accueillant et attentionné."

"Espectacular"

"Scrub Island is a top tier resort with beautiful amenities and amazing customer service from the time your flight lands, the ferry arrives to the dock, the check-in was flawless-even making sure our rooms were ready on time based on our arrival. Every staff member went above and beyond!"
