"Great place to stay and I truly had a great day. Well manner staff I was looked after as I thought it was not safe. I was wrong it was safe and clean. But I think the generator is at night only. Also, ask them to fix the tap in bathroom. I was out during the day so hey fine by me. Thank you to all the staff too. I’m grateful "

"My overall experience wasn't bad. However, I do believe the staff need more training on the services and how to best treat their customers. I had issue with the staff as soon as I stepped into the hotel because, the girl at he canter doesn't know what expedia is. Secondly, they are saying they no longer deal with expedia and as such cannot confirm my books even when I told them I have paid for the room I booked via expedia"

"My stay at De Lords Resort was very disappointing. Despite having already booked and paid through Expedia, the hotel did not acknowledge my reservation and insisted I pay again in Nigerian Naira before I could get a room. The room was not clean, the bedsheets appeared stained, the toilet was poorly maintained, there was water leaking from the air conditioner, and the overall condition of the room was far below expectations. To make matters worse, after I paid, they attempted to change the room...

"It was two terrible days for me and my family, what I saw in the Internet is not what I meet over, it Looks like the place has been aboundoned for some time, it was dirty,the bathroom and Toilet was unclean, in the night my daughter couldn‘t sleep because of the music noises from the bar. The Manager is not always there, but the two girls at the recieption tried there best to help us. I think the management needs to do more."
