"I was denied access to check in on the night i arrived at the hotel the staff at reception does not have any training, they dont have a computer to access the websites to confirm my booking even when i was showing them my confirmation email from Expedia, they denied me access to an hotel i paid a month earlier for 6 nights after long flight from London to Lagos i have not experienced anything worse than the humiliation and the maltreatment i got on Saturday 4th October. "

A special thank you to Kennedy, who not only offered thoughtful food recommendations but also took the time to suggest ways I could explore Lagos and even helped with tips for car service. His genuine care and attentiveness elevated my overall experience — he embodies true hospitality. Overall, the entire team made my stay world-class. The service, the food, the spa, and the friendliness of everyone I encountered were all second to none. I’m leaving Lagos with wonderful memories and a deep appreciation for the culture, hospitality, and people of Nigeria. Can’t wait to return!"
