"I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay at Bromley Court Hotel was disappointing from start to finish. We had upgraded to a Deluxe Garden Room, only to be told at check‑in that loud weekend functions would affect our room — and were then offered a move to a quieter suite for an extra £20 per night. "The studio was lovely and well kept. Modern and great for a night's stay. We stayed in the summer and It is very hot inside, the owner does provide a fan which was a godsend. My only real issue was there's an excessive amount of mould and mildew in the shower. I wouldn't normally put it as a issue because mould in grout is common, difficult to remove and not a big deal but this was also on the surface of the tiles which can be dealt with. However there was strange vibrating noise in my room that would go on and off every day, super annoying. Not sure what it was perhaps some ventilation installed on the roof or in the walls because in my room nothing made noise."

"I always like this hotel because of the location and reasonable price. However some things could be modernized (e.g. TV and kettle) and an ironing and iron could be provided. Breakfast was very good. The room was facing the sun and extremely hot in the room (no aircon just a fan).
