Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities

Avoid this hotel.

The property is being developed and is a building site. There was no one in reception. A phone call to the owner resulted in us being told to go to the open room. There was no refreshment available. There are no signs or instructions about fire or emergency evacuation and no smoke alarms or extinguishers.
