"Room was not clean. Trash was still in the trash can and on the floor. Floor had not been mopped. Hair was found sticking to the bathroom door. Reported these incidents to the front desk and nothing was done. Rep said she would submit for a discount but nothing changed nor did housekeeping correct the problem. Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel itself seemed pretty good."
